We are dedicated to creating a serene, relaxing environment for all of our patrons. Please refrain from using your cell phone.

Arrival Time

For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Return clients may arrive at their scheduled time. To ensure that our staff is able to provide the utmost service for our clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time. We do not guarantee services to clients who arrive later than15 minutes or more to their appointment.

Service Contraindications

There are contraindications for spa treatments that include, but are not limited to: pregnancy, infectious skin disease, recent surgery, high blood pressure, excessive or daily medication, epilepsy, and asthma. If you have a medical condition, it is imperative that you receive permission from your physician before booking and then inform the reservations desk when making your appointment.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

A 24 hour notice must be provided for cancellations. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the billing of your credit card for 50% of the fees for the scheduled appointment(s).

We will do our best to fill your appointment. However, if the vacated appointment goes unfilled, you will be charged 50% of the fees regardless of the reason for cancellation, whether it was a simple oversight or the flu. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide partial compensation for our top-notch therapists and technicians who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain great employees.

Right of Refusal

Avra Organic Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

Confidentiality

Avra Organic Spa maintains a high level of privacy and we keep all of your personal information strictly confidential. Service contraindications may be shared with specific staff members should you choose to receive additional services at the spa.

Children and Minors

Children and minors are welcome to participate in our spa services with parental consent and with the parent present at the spa.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates at Avra Organic Spa may be purchased for any of our products or services for any dollar amount. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Tips

Leaving gratuity for work well done seems to be the norm, but of course, it is optional. Most tips for spa services range from 10-20% of the price of the services provided.
