The term "green" is used with increasing regularity, but we'd like to share what green means at Avra:

• The majority of our furniture, floors, and decorations are reclaimed or recycled.
• We do all laundry in-house using natural detergents and bleach alternatives.
• We utilize certified organic ingredients when possible; the remainder of our ingredients are either wild-crafted or all-natural.
• We order all of our supplies in bulk, thereby minimizing packing waste.
• After hours, all electronics are unplugged in order to eliminate unnecessary use of electricity.
• We use all-natural cleaning products.
• We are a dry spa: though we sacrifice the luxury of hot tubs and wet saunas, we save an incredible amount of water.
• When possible, we use washable fabrics instead of disposable paper in our treatment rooms.
• The linens we use include quick-drying nylon, organic cotton, and recycled fabrics.
